I am passionate about human relationships, helping people thrive and become the best versions of themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In relationship, I was the good girl\/people pleaser who totally lost herself, just being focused on desperately trying to \u201cmake things work\u201d. Towards the end of a relationship and then with some time alone, I began to see things with more clarity, connect to myself deeply, to my true needs and desires. Then everything shifted! I am now in a healthy and loving relationship.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is a healthy relationship? Evolving, growing together and supporting each other. A relationship where you feel safe to be yourself, create space for sharing time where you truly listen to each other, take responsibility and own your shit! Of course at times we get triggered and we move through it by addressing and taking care of the triggers. So a happy and healthy relationship in my view does not mean it is perfect all the time, but we walk side by side, willing to put in the work, and support each other with love and compassion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I have been on the path of Self Development and Consciousness for nearly 20 years. I am passionate about human connections, nature, natural & healthy lifestyle. As well as being a Master Coach, I am also a certified Yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I coach in English, French and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a very sensitive, intuitive, compassionate person, and from my life experience and a big toolbox \ud83d\ude42, I support you on your journey back to Your Authentic Self and help you manifest the relationship of your dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
