I very much enjoyed Laura\u2019s loving and non-judgemental presence. I felt safe to be vulnerable and look within at a deeper level. I think this presence that Laura holds for her clients is special and precious.

With the help of Laura\u2019s coaching, I am learning to be more present with uncomfortable thoughts. I have a strong tendency to “fix” problems, and I am learning new skills to “be” with the emotions of those problems before fixing them. For example, instead of quickly dealing with the practical aspects of an uncomfortable thought, I am learning to intentionally set the uncomfortable thought aside and come back to it when I am ready. By giving myself space, I am able to be more present to that thought; as a result, sometimes the emotions of the disturbing thought simply lose their power on me.

I would recommend your coaching service to my friends, especially people who tend to be “doers” and who might benefit of learning more skills to “be” with their emotions.

The effect the coaching sessions have had on me is incredible. Now I go through my daily life in a more conscious, confident and serene way, having attitudes that are very beneficial both for me and for others. And the most important thing is the peace and well-being that I feel inside me much more often than before.
I do the following things with more ease: I am less reactive, I no longer have the need of convincing anyone of anything, and I also understand certain attitudes by putting myself more in other people’s shoes.
The best feature for me in the coaching with Laura was the improvement in being able to connect with certain feelings in me.
Laura helped me be more aware of myself and my desires, have more self-confidence and serenity facing life.
